## What is Tolmach?
Tolmach (Толмач) helps people understand complex legal, banking, medical, and technical texts in plain language. Users upload or paste a document and receive a structured breakdown in their chosen language.

## Core Features
- **Understand mode** — plain-language summary of any document: what it means, what to pay attention to, what to clarify before signing
- **Risks mode** — identifies hidden risks, unfavorable conditions, and legally problematic clauses
- **Improve mode** — suggests concrete rewrites and amendments that protect the user's interests

## Supported Document Types
Legal contracts (employment, lease, services, NDAs, loans, mortgages), banking terms, insurance policies, medical reports, discharge summaries, prescriptions, lab results, government forms, permits, licenses, technical specifications, SaaS agreements, and any other complex text.

## Supported Languages
Interface: Russian, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, Hebrew, Hindi, Turkish, Korean.
Document language: auto-detected. Response: any of the above languages.

## Pricing
- **Free** — guest: one analysis per month up to 5 pages; registered free account: 3 analyses per month up to 10 pages each
- **Starter** — from 490 RUB/month in Russia (or annual discount), 15 analyses per month up to 25 pages each; international card prices are higher
- **Pro** — unlimited analyses within fair use, documents up to 120 pages
- **Additional file storage** — 300 RUB/GB/month
